A meeting is conducted for HMs on
30.08.13 at District Panchayath Hall Palakkad.It has been ordered
from the Director of Public Instructions as well as from Deputy
Director of Education to collect details with relation to NMMS and
Incentive to SC/ST Girls for DBT.
DBT lists has been already forwarded to
schools and many schools have submitted the details.However for
verification from the higher authorities it is said to be
obtained once more in soft copy format.
The proforma is attached along.The
concerned school HMS please enter the data in this proforma of
your beneficiary pupils for years from 2008-2009 to 2011-2012 as
is available ( Please note the number of digits in UID/EID ; Leave
space while typing digits so that you can type the entire digits
) and be prepared with the same in a CD so that the same
(CD) may be submitted during the meeting on 30.08.13.
Note : Save the file in Excel 97-2003
format and copy into CD.
