GAIN PF Application- Documents to be attached(Updated)

GAIN PF മുഖേന എയ്ഡഡ് വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലെ PF അപേക്ഷകള്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ സ്പാര്‍ക്ക് ബില്ലിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന രേഖകള്‍ കൂടി സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 

1. Loan Application taken from the GAIN PF signed by the employee.
2. ABCD Statement generated from GAIN PF attested by DDO
3. Copy of the Sanction Order generated from GAIN PF and attested by DDO
4. Authorisation Letter  from GAIN PF attested by DDO
5. If the Loan Application is from the Credit card for the year 2014-15 Copy of that Credit Card and Copy of ABCD Statement for the year 2015-16 prepared manually by the institution and signed by the DDO
6.  If the Loan Application is based on the Credit card for the year 20115-16 , A copy of that Credit Card
